The FillPure Portal Dashboard is customizable to provide you with a quick snapshot of the quality of your water across the country (Average TDS by State), Bacteria Test Results, overall project completion maps and the quick view of key store level data points throughout the FillPure Year. The FillPure team will work directly with you to customize your dashboard screen to ensure the data points captured during each FillPure visit match the needs of your pharmacy and you have easy access to the data you need, right when you need it.
Store Level Reporting
Each FillPure Annual visit involves not only filter changes, but also a full examination of the pharmacy work area, including plumbing conditions, sink cabinet condition, water flow testing, hot water testing, FLAVORx Flavor inventory checks, TDS Level Testing, and Bacteria Testing. The results of this examination are recorded in real time by our technicians and uploaded into an online portal that provides you with specific detail, on the store level, about the condition of your pharmacy work area. Additionally, a print report is available for you to share with other members of your team or to provide to each store during Pharmacy Visits. This print report will show specific detail on each store visit and includes photos of the pharmacy sink area that provide a visual representation of the conditions for each particular store. These photos not only validate the report findings but also provide a visual aid for troubleshooting plumbing/filter issues over the phone.
Through the FIllPure Portal, you will have access to data at any time, from any device. The FillPure Portal is visible on any mobile device and you can pull up specific store data right on site in the pharmacy. When accessing the FillPure Portal from the pharmacy location, you will be able to easily access important data points including:
- Last Filter Change Date
- Next Scheduled Filter Change Date
- TDS Levels
- Bacteria Test Results
- Dispenser Types
- Plumbing Issues
You will now have access to specific pharmacy water condition data from anywhere in the world.
